We are thrilled to announce that our discussion on executive transitions has been expanded to include exceptional leaders from the sector who have recently gone through major executive transitions within their own organizations and moved on to new opportunities.

During this event, we will shed light on the impact of executive transitions and share insights that can contribute to creating a more equitable and inclusive environment for oncoming BIPOC executive leaders in the social sector.   

We highly encourage individuals and organizations in the process of executive transitions, as well as those stepping into leadership roles, along with their board members, to attend this event. Through this event we hope organizations will continue to engage in meaningful conversations about leadership, racial equity, and organizational culture.
